Brush a thin layer of Seal It over the lash segments and at the base of your lashes.
Let it dry to reveal a smooth, tack-free finish.

Brush is Too Big....
I like the product, but I like to apply it sparingly below and on top of lashes at the base to seal in glue and mitigate tackiness. The brush diameter is too big, and while I can use the ball end below my lashes it makes a mess and I can't apply product exavtly where I want it, and it gets all over if I try to apply on top of my lashes at the base.
I would prefer if it had a brush/wand similar to The Prep as it allows precise placement and makes it easier to not over-apply.

Film layer
Didn’t like it at all, leaves a white film on the lashes and clumps lashes together. I wouldn’t buy it again, glad they separated it from prep it.
