How can I earn points?
You earn points for the things you already do — like joining The Good Habit Club, shopping FlutterHabit, and sharing with friends. You can see all available earning actions in the Ways to Earn section.

How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points for $$$ off and free products from your My Account or Rewards page. If you have enough points, you can also apply them for $$$ off at checkout during your purchase.
How do I check my points balance?
Make sure you’re logged in to your FlutterHabit account. Your points balance is always visible on your My Account page and throughout the rewards experience when you’re signed in.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire individually based on when they were earned. Points expire exactly 12 months from the date they are earned.
For example: If you placed an order on Jan 16th, 2026, all loyalty points earned from this transaction would expire on Jan 16th, 2027.

How does Refer a Friend work?
Sharing FlutterHabit is simple. Use your personal referral link to invite a friend to shop. They’ll receive $10 off $50+ on their first order.
Once your friend places a successful first-time purchase using your referral link, you’ll earn $15 in rewards added to your account.
Please note: referrals must be sent to new customers. Self-referrals or attempts to misuse the program may result in rewards being withheld.

What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If an order is returned, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account after the return is completed.
When do I get my birthday gift?
You’ll receive your birthday reward on your birthday!
If your birthday was added to your account within 30 days of the date, your reward will be delayed and will be issued approximately 30 days later.

I forgot to use my points at checkout — can I apply them retroactively?
Once an order is completed, points can’t be applied retroactively. Be sure to check your rewards before checkout to make the most of your points.
How does the PR box giveaway work?
Members of our highest loyalty tier — Daily Habit — are automatically entered to receive a PR box each time we send one. Winners are chosen at random by our team, and the PR box will be shipped to the shipping address from the winner’s most recent order. Winners may also be featured on FlutterHabit’s social channels.
No purchase or extra action is required beyond being part of the Daily Habit tier — just keep showing up to your routine.
