Refund policy
- All items (excluding final sale items) in their unused/unopened condition are eligible for a return within 30 days of delivery. We will not accept returns of any used items. To begin your return, please visit flutterhabit.returnlogic.com. Make sure to have your order number and email address on hand! You can find your order number in your confirmation email.

Returns may be subject to a $4 return shipping fee.
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- All orders placed on Facebook/Instagram are non-returnable/non-refundable.
- All orders placed through Amazon or TikTok Shop must be managed directly through the platform's customer portal.

Returns: Pre-curated bundles may be returned in part. Any items that you wish to return must be unused and unopened. You may request a return label for any unused bundle items by emailing help@flutterhabit.com.

PRE-CURATED BUNDLES
- BUILD YOUR OWN BUNDLES: We are happy to accept returns of customized bundles that are unopened/unused. To begin the return process, visit flutterhabit.returnlogic.com.
**Bundles include multiple items such as a variety of lashes, adhesives, and/or tools. Only the unopened portions of the bundle may be returned.
Application Guarantee
We would love to help if you are having difficulties applying your lashes. Schedule a free one-on-one Zoom call at consultation.flutterhabit.com or contact us via email or social media for assistance. If, after your Zoom consultation, you still cannot apply your lashes, your consultant will initiate the refund process on your behalf for one box of lashes and one adhesive. To qualify for our application guarantee, you must complete the Zoom consult using FlutterHabit Made for This adhesive and FlutterHabit lashes.
Returns for US Customers:
- Visit flutterhabit.returnlogic.com.
- Enter your order number and zip code
- Pack the item(s) in a shipping package. Apply the prepaid return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest post office within 30 days of delivery.
Returns for International Customers
- Begin by initiating your return online at flutterhabit.returnlogic.com. (You will not be provided with a return label).
- Visit your local Post Office or favorite carrier to ship back the return. All return packages should be sent to the address below.
- Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping your items back to FlutterHabit.
- Your return will be processed within 10 business days of being received. Refunds are made to the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order.
- International orders are only eligible for return. Exchanges will not be processed.
