Thoroughly wet your eyelashes with warm water. Apply a small amount of remover to the lashes with your fingers, ensuring the balm soaks into the segments from every angle. Allow the balm to soak for 1-2 minutes. With wet fingertips, gently rub your lashes in an up-and-down motion until the segments slide off with no tension.
NEVER pull or tug on the lash segments and never rub side to side.

Removal Balm
This removal balm works better than anything else I have tried. I put a tiny amount on my lashes, let it sit for a bit, and my lash clusters slide right off with no damage to my natural lashes. It does a great softening up the adhesive so that it can be removed as well. The adhesive takes a little more work, but I use a spoolie brush and gently comb through my lashes, and that works well to remove everything.

Fantastic
The removal balm is amazing! The lashes literally slide right off after about 10 seconds. Will definitely be buying more when I run out.
