How can I get my shop in the FlutterHabit store locator?
It's easy! Once you've placed your first order, we will add you! Anyone in your area looking for FlutterHabit products will be able to find you using a zip code and may come directly to you to shop. A lot of people like to avoid shipping fees and love the convenience of having a place to grab and go if there's a time crunch involved!
Why am I not seeing the correct discounts on my subtotal?
When you look at your subtotal before the additional discount, you see the wholesale price, not the MSRP. That price already reflects the 30% discount given to all wholesale customers when you are signed into your wholesale account. As you are placing your order, you may qualify for additional discounts on top of that, based on how much you are spending.
I recently placed my wholesale order, but a new product launched. Do I have to pay the $400 minimum again to receive the new product?
Short answer, no! If you'd like to purchase a new product you will just need to email wholesale@flutterhabit.com with the order quantity then we will manually place the order and send you an invoice!
*We will honor your discount from the previous order if placed within 30 days of the product launch!
I ran out of adhesive. Do I need to place a $400 order for adhesive only?
We review this on a case-by-case basis, but we do try and work with our wholesale customers to the best of our ability.
Do you offer any marketing materials?
Yes! We ask that you only use our provided marketing materials and photos to provide consistency across all FlutterHabit product locations.
You can request access to these assets after being accepted into the wholesale program.
How do I display my lashes for my store?
We always suggest, and support, creating your own display! You know your space best!
We do offer a retail display for purchase if you want to step it up and make the lashes really pop! The stand holds 10 adhesive boxes, 6 retail collection boxes, and 5 of each style of our 2-pack boxes!
Am I required to order monthly?
No! We try our best and keep the wholesale program as flexible as possible since no store is the same and some may have more traffic than others! Our wholesale program is on an as-needed basis!
How do shipment, duties, and taxes work if I'm a Canadian wholesaler?
Although we have a fulfillment center in Canada, our system will decide at the point of purchase which fulfillment center will process your order, based on inventory availability. If your order comes from the Ontario center, you will not be charged for duties and fees. If your order processes in the U.S., you might. If you are contacted to pay duties, just let us know! We will pay for them online and can usually release the order to you.
What if a customer comes in and says they can't successfully apply the lashes?

We also provide a FREE application consult with our FlutterHabit experts that guarantee application or your money back. They can help with troubleshooting and we will work with you to decide which party the refund should come from.
What is the return policy?
- Returns must be submitted within 90 days or purchase
- New, unused items will be accepted. Tamper seal must still be in place and not removed. Items with personal branding will not be refunded.
- No return or exchange of limited edition products.
