Which formula is right for you?

  • Black — Our original, fan-favorite formula. Back by popular demand for its unbeatable hold and wear time. The black formula creates a defined, eyeliner-like effect along the lash line — perfect if you love a bold, polished look or want to skip the liner step altogether. Available in full size (6ml) and mini (3ml).
  • Clear — Our updated March 2025 formula featuring Lash-Latch Technology™ for an even stronger, longer-lasting bond. The clear formula dries completely transparent for a softer, more natural finish — ideal if you prefer your lashes to do the talking without a visible lash line. Also a great option for those with sensitivities to carbon black pigment.

Pairs perfectly with your FlutterHabit lash clusters. When you're ready to remove, reach for Lash Off™ Removal Spray or our Lash Removal Balm for a gentle, damage-free removal.

HOW TO USE

1. Apply a layer of Made For This Adhesive® to the lash segment, covering the entire base.

2. Allow the adhesive to get tacky for 1 to 2 minutes before applying.

3. Using tweezers, place the lash segment underneath your natural lashes, keeping it as close to your waterline as possible without touching it.

4. Repeat until your desired lash look is achieved.

PRO TIP:

For extra hold, apply Prep It to your natural lashes before starting.

Lock in your look with Seal It to eliminate any tacky residue and ensure a smooth, flawless finish.

    THE BEST!

    I started using Flutterhabit with the "new formula" Made For This Adhesive. I struggled to get a week of wear out of my lashes and application was a challenge. I thought it was just a learning curve that I needed to get past. After reading what everyone was saying about the "old formula" and how excited others were to have it back, I ordered it. The first time I used it my lashes lasted 2 weeks! I'm on my second aplication and it's been over a week, and they look like I did them yesterday! The application even seems easier. I can only imagine how frustrated customers were when the formula changed and I see why they were so excited when it came back!

    Clusters too big and don’t stay on

    Clusters too big and bother the corners of my eyes. Used flutter habit glue and only stay on one day.

How long does Made for This® Adhesive last?

When applied correctly and paired with proper aftercare, Made for This® Adhesive is designed for up to 10+ days of wear. Avoid water, steam, and sweat for the first 24 hours after application, don't rub your eyes or tug at the lashes, and clean your lashes regularly with Foam A Friend Foaming Lash Cleanser to help maintain the bond. What is the difference between black and clear lash adhesive?

The main difference is the finish and the look they create. Black adhesive dries dark, creating a defined, eyeliner-like effect along the lash line — perfect for a bold, polished look. Clear adhesive dries completely transparent for a softer, more natural finish where the focus stays on the lashes themselves. Clear also pairs beautifully with Brunette lashes and tends to be a natural fit for those with lighter features — blondes, redheads, or anyone with lower-contrast coloring — where a dark adhesive line would stand out. Clear is also a good option for those with sensitivities to carbon black pigment. Both formulas deliver the same strong hold and up to 10+ days of wear.

Is Made for This® Adhesive safe for sensitive eyes?

Yes — Made for This® Adhesive is latex-free and fragrance-free, making it suitable for most people including those with sensitive eyes. If you have a known sensitivity to carbon black pigment, the Clear formula is a great alternative as it contains no carbon black. If you have a history of eye sensitivities or allergies to cosmetic products, we recommend consulting your doctor before use. As with any eye area product, discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Can I use lash extension glue on DIY lash clusters?

No — professional lash extension glue is not safe for DIY use. It contains cyanoacrylate, a powerful bonding agent designed for salon use by trained professionals, and is not formulated for direct skin contact. Using it at home can cause irritation, damage to natural lashes, and is extremely difficult to remove safely. Made for This® Adhesive is specifically formulated for DIY underlash application — strong enough for up to 10+ days of wear, but gentle and safe for at-home use.

How do I make my lash adhesive last longer?

Start by keeping your lashes dry for the first 24 hours after application.
