Inside our (over) active group chats, you’ll find Kathryn, our Influencer Marketing Specialist, lovingly known as the Lash Fairy, dreaming up brand moments that feel magical.

You’ll also find Kayla, our Graphic Designer of four years, who’s a pro at turning big ideas into visuals that feel instantly recognizable.

Kate, our Marketing Director, leads with curiosity and honesty, always asking how we can listen better, pivot faster, and care more.

On the commerce side, Steph, Kerry, and Katie make sure everything flows from the virtual shopping cart to your doorstep. 

All the while, Maha keeps the voice bold and human on social, and Alyssa brings fresh energy to campaigns that connect in real ways.

When we asked our team about who inspires them, the answers weren’t about titles or fame, but about resilience. 

Mothers who rebuilt their lives in new countries. Single moms who carried more than anyone saw. Sisters stepping into motherhood with quiet strength. Coaches guiding young girls toward their potential, and artists who balance softness with power and stay true to themselves through hardship. 

The common thread was steady strength, the same energy that shapes how Flutterhabit operates. 

What They Wish More Women Knew

We also asked what they wish more women understood about themselves.

The answers across our team felt universal:

You don’t need permission. 

You don’t have to overwork, overextend, or over-explain to prove your worth. 

You’re allowed to evolve, set boundaries, and take up space. 

Also, the things you overanalyze are often the very things that make you beautiful. 

And maybe most importantly, you don’t have to dim your light to fit in. 

Why We Care 

Yes, we’re a brand that makes lashes.

But what we’re really in the business of creating is confidence.
